THURSDAY 21st April 2011 7.30PM FOR 8PM

A perfectly timed piece of black comedy and dark edged comedy

British black comedy at it’s best. Maggie Smith plays Grace, a very dark house keeper whose motivations are similar to those of Mary Poppins but I think those two would have a few disputes over work ethics. When she enters the troubled lives of a family living in a quaint English parish, things start to change for the better but with time the family start to realise the cost of their new happiness.

Film membership for 3 films - £10.00, 2 films £7.00, 1film £4 guests very welcome £4.00 per film
The Film Club raises funds for the Hall running costs, and yes, we have a big heating oil bill this winter so please help us by joining us for an enjoyable evening.

PLEASE SUPPORT ME WALKING THE EXMOOR PERAMBULATION

FOR ASTHMA UK

Some of you will know that I have asthma and that I also do occasional work for Asthma UK. some of you will think that walking 31 miles in one day when I have asthma makes me crazy! Some of you might be right!

The Perambulation of the Royal Forest of Exmoor is on the 20th June and is 31 miles of cross-country walking and one of the most challenging walks in the Exmoor annual calendar. It is a tradition that dates back over 725 years.

You can donate online at www.justgiving.com/karenbowler or by stuffing envelopes of cash through our letterbox
